These conditions apply to all donations made on the website under the web domain myfoundation.dk.

The donations are carried out by the organization MY FOUNDATION with CVR number: DK41284064.

MY FOUNDATION headquarters are located in Denmark at:

In the case of donations made by payment & credit card, a 14-day right of withdrawal is granted by writing to  info@myfoundation.dk

The following are accepted: Dankort, VISA, MasterCard, JCB, Maestro, MobilePay

If MY FOUNDATION suspects misuse of a credit card, the necessary authorities will be contacted immediately.

If an e-mail address is stated on the donation form, a receipt for having received the donation, will be sent to this address immediately after the donation has been made.

The personal data you provide to MY FOUNDATION is treated confidentially, as a user you can choose to remain anonymous so that your name is not published. MY FOUNDATION does not use your information or pass it on to third parties without your consent. However, we will send information about your donations to SKAT, which we are legally obliged to do if you choose that your donation must be passed on to SKAT and that it is filled in correctly in the form.
